
Stakk (ASX:SKK) increased its combined unaudited pro forma FY26 revenue forecast to approximately $45 million.
The updated figure represents a $3.7 million increase from the $41.3 million disclosed on July 6.
Stakk recorded unaudited revenue of $14.66 million, while ParaScript generated approximately $30.35 million.
Stakk stated the revised figure reflects historical standalone performance and excludes expected cross-selling benefits.
Following the announcement, the Stakk share price was up at $0.022.
The business previously agreed to acquire United States software firm ParaScript for US$63 million in July.
