The pro forma result contrasts with the previous 2025 financial year revenue of $37.4 million.
The company stated that the transaction involving EMS is expected to significantly increase the overall scale and capability of the business.
Alongside the pro forma figures, the group reported an unaudited statutory revenue of approximately $44.8 million, representing a 20% increase from the prior year.
Following the announcement, the SSH Group share price was up at $0.15.
The growth supports the company's established platform intended to provide ongoing earnings increases across its operational pillars.
