SSH Group (ASX:SSH) finalised the value-accretive acquisition of 100% of Elphinstone Group, trading as Elphinstone Mechanical Services.
The completion follows the satisfaction of all conditions precedent outlined in the initial share sale agreement announced on May 4.
The transaction marks a major milestone for SSH Group, enhancing its market position as an integrated mining services and resource development platform.
Founded in Western Australia, EMS brings over 20 years of established industry experience, specialising in heavy diesel maintenance, field services, shutdown support, and workforce solutions.
Under the new structure, EMS will integrate into the "SSH Hire" vertical within the group's industrial mining services platform, operating alongside KMH and the broader corporate network.
The acquisition materially bolsters SSH’s operational scale, expanding its geographic footprint and workforce capability across key resource sectors in Western Australia and Queensland.
The transaction aligns with SSH’s long-term "Hire | Mine | Own" growth strategy. It delivers immediate operational synergy across the existing SSH Hire, SSH Mining, and SSH Resources business divisions.
