SRJ Technologies Group (ASX:SRJ) has announced that its wholly-owned UAE subsidiary, First Avenue General Contracting – Sole Proprietorship, has secured a US$879,000 purchase order with CAPSA Engineering & Contracting.

The contract covers the management and supply of an asset integrity project for a regional National Oil Company in the Middle East, involving the upgrade and modernisation of plant control systems across six units of varying sizes.

The project will be implemented over 18 to 36 months, starting with one unit and proceeding sequentially with the remaining five, with staged payments aligned to delivery and installation.

SRJ’s scope includes engineering, fabrication, product delivery, subcontractor management, and associated financing, while CAPSA retains overall contractual responsibility to the NOC under the broader Main Contract.

The NOC, a state-owned integrated energy company, manages the region's onshore and offshore oil and gas resources on behalf of the government.

The contract represents a step forward in SRJ’s strategy to establish itself as a regionally embedded asset integrity & maintenance partner.

"While modest in value, this purchase order validates SRJ's transition from market entry to active regional execution," said George Gourlay, Chair of SRJ. "It advances opportunities that support growth and strengthens our pathway toward direct tendering with National Oil Companies."
