SRJ Technologies Group (ASX:SRJ) has formalised a multi-year service level agreement via its subsidiary, Air Control Entech Survey, to embed advanced robotic inspection services across the AD Ports Group maritime network.
The agreement, signed with UAE-based Divetech Marine Engineering Services, positions Divetech as the primary delivery platform for SRJ's technology-enabled solutions.
By integrating ACE's class-approved robotic platforms, qualified inspectors, and UAV pilots into the United Arab Emirates’ maritime infrastructure, the partnership aims to enhance safety and reduce operational downtime through high-fidelity data reporting and optional asset-management integration.
The deal represents a substantial growth opportunity for SRJ, with projected revenues estimated at up to US$1.3 million through the end of 2027.
While this figure is indicative of potential activity levels within the AD Ports Group, it underscores the scaling demand for hybrid-access and subsea inspection services in the region.
Initial mobilisation and revenue generation are slated to commence between late H1 and early H2 FY26.
Strategic alignment is a core component of this announcement, as Divetech operates within the broader AD Ports Group ecosystem.
The proximity provides SRJ with direct access to a vast network of ports, logistics zones, and maritime clusters.
