This retail offer followed an institutional component that raised $1.9 million earlier in June 2026.
Retail shareholders subscribed for 286,650,467 new shares, representing a 17.13% participation rate.
Major shareholder Capricorn Society accepted its full entitlement to increase its total stake to circa 19.99%.
The company commenced a retail shortfall bookbuild process on July 6 to allocate remaining shares.
Following the announcement, the Spenda share price was unchanged at $0.003.
The company stated the capital raising supports its turnaround strategy to optimise business processes and reduce debt.
