Spain's Albares Says Focused on Returning to Normality in Ceuta

Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares discusses the late-July incident that saw roughly 80,000 people illegally enter Ceuta, Spain's exclave in North Africa, from Morocco. "We are focused on giving back normality," Albares tells Bloomberg Television. "We are totally in favor of understanding everything," he says, stressing that there were several ongoing probes.
