SOTU Speech Light On Details, Midterm Roadmap: PIMCO's Cantrill

PIMCO Head of Public Policy and Managing Director Libby Cantrill joins Bloomberg Businessweek Daily to discuss the contents of President Trump's State of the Union speech. Cantrill says that the address was "more of a rehashing of the political winds and pretty light on policy details and light on a road map" for the GOP heading into the midterms. She also discusses the potential impacts of Trump's tax cuts and how voters could shift priorities come November. Cantrill speaks with Carol Massar and Tim Stenovec.
