SKS Technologies posts $347.9M in FY26 revenue

SKS Technologies (ASX:SKS) announced full-year sales revenue of $347.9 million and an after-tax profit of $27.1 million for the period ended June 30.

The performance compares against sales revenue of $261.7 million and an after-tax profit of $14 million reported in the previous corresponding financial year.

"In FY26, we completed and fully integrated a New South Wales-based acquisition; significantly built our pipeline and work on hand; set a new contract value record with a $210 million data centre project; expanded the traditional business revenue by 16%; and established a new headquarters for major Victorian projects," said SKS Technologies CEO Matthew Jinks.

The company stated that its work on hand expanded to $312 million alongside a record contract value of $210 million for a single data centre project.

EBITDA increased to $42.4 million, while EBIT came to $38.4 million.

The business stated that it is targeting sales revenue in the vicinity of $500 million for the upcoming financial year.

Following the announcement, the SKS Technologies share price was down at $9.03.

The company’s board determined to pay a final dividend of 6.5 cents per share. Combined with a 3.5-cent per share in the first half, the company’s total dividend for the year came to 10 cents per share, up from a prior-year dividend of 6 cents per share.

The company provides audio-visual and electrical communication technologies, increasingly focusing on large-scale infrastructure projects for international hyperscalers.
