Sharon AI (NASDAQ:SHAZ) secured a $529 million cloud computing deal with an unnamed international artificial intelligence group.
This agreement follows a US$1.32 billion five-year deal signed last month for computing services in New Zealand.
"We continue to see strong demand for AI infrastructure in Australia," said Sharon AI CEO James Manning.
Under the five-year contract, the company will deliver Australian computing services using Nvidia chips.
Following the announcement, the Sharon AI share price was unchanged at $55.52.
The tech business is currently preparing for a launch on the ASX.
