
Services Australia inks $1.9M FirstWave AI deal
Services Australia has formalised a $1.9 million agreement with FirstWave Cloud Technology (ASX:FCT) to implement AI-powered compliance management software across its vast network infrastructure.
As one of the federal government’s largest infrastructure operators, Services Australia will utilise the technology to bolster compliance activities for essential services, including Medicare, Centrelink, and child support.
The deal, structured with a $1.3 million perpetual licence and $0.143 million in professional services, is expected to see a total payment of $1.9 million within 30 days.
The agreement includes $0.378 million for recurring annual support, ensuring the long-term maintenance of the system as it supports millions of Australians.
