
Serko reports 1.4M room nights in Q1 FY27
· Serko reported that completed room nights increased by 39% year-over-year to 1.4 million in the first quarter of FY27.
· Following the operating update, the Serko share price was up at $1.37.
· The company stated that it is progressing its Serko.ai beta launch towards an open rollout planned for the third quarter of FY27.
Serko (ASX:SKO) announced that its completed room nights grew 39% to 1.4 million during the first quarter of FY27.
The performance compared against 1 million completed room nights recorded in the prior comparable period.
"We are pleased with our performance in the first quarter," said Serko CEO and co-founder Darrin Grafton.
Active customers increased by 35% to 325,000, while average revenue per completed room night fell 11% to €8.70.
Following the announcement, the Serko share price was up at $1.10.
The business operates a corporate travel management platform that integrates Booking.com for Business with managed travel services.
Management affirmed its full-year guidance for total income between $128 million and $134 million.
