September Fed Rate Hike Was a Mistake, Miran Says

Former Federal Reserve Governor Stephen Miran says raising interest rates in September was a mistake and not necessary. Miran also says he's enthusiastic about cutting back on forward guidance from the Fed even if it raises the risk premium.
