Senate Sanctions Bill Will Push EU Toward Similar Action, Says Melinda Haring

Melinda Haring, nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, said if Congress passes the Russia sanctions bill, it could help push the EU to unlock its next package of sanctions. Haring said that as war in Ukraine drags on Russian President Putin has a 'math problem,' lacking enough soldiers to carry out a large mobilization as Ukraine hits more Russian oil refineries.
