Southern Cross Electrical Engineering (ASX:SXE) announced a significant boost to its project pipeline, securing several new contract awards totaling $75 million across Western Australia, New South Wales, and the ACT.

The expansion is highlighted by a new two-year master services agreement with CITIC Pacific Mining for electrical maintenance at the Sino Iron Project, extending a partnership that dates back to 2015.

In New South Wales, SCEE’s subsidiary Heyday has been awarded four additional work packages for a hyperscale data center in Western Sydney, bringing their total package count at the site to ten.

Furthermore, Heyday has secured the main electrical and security design-and-construct contract for the new Canberra Lyric Theatre under Multiplex.

The ACT project, featuring an all-electric design and a 2,000-seat capacity, is slated for completion in mid-2028, further solidifying SCEE Group’s footprint in the Australian infrastructure and resources sectors.

At the time of reporting, Southern Cross Electrical Engineering’s share price was $2.74.
