Rubio to Discuss Venezuelan Crude with Ambani

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio hopes to discuss Venezuelan crude in his meeting with Reliance Industries' Chairman Mukesh Ambani at Jamnagar in India's western state of Gujarat. "This is a company that has the capability to refine the heavy crude that's produced in the western hemisphere, including from Venezuela," he told reporters on Wednesday.
