Water technology company Rubicon Water (ASX:RWL) expects its preliminary FY26 revenue to land between $62 million and $65 million.

The expected revenue is lower than the $69 million reported by the business in the prior fiscal year.

The company stated that delayed customer procurement and contract awards for major projects caused the lower revenue figures.

Despite these delays, the business secured more than $28.4 million of new second-half contracts.

Following the announcement, the Rubicon Water share price was up at $0.07.

The business noted that its major project opportunity pipeline now exceeds $37 million.

This pipeline compares to approximately $30 million identified during the half-year results.
