
Resonance Health (ASX:RHT) generated $14.3 million in cash receipts for FY26 while maintaining positive operating cash flow each quarter.
The annual performance increased the company's net cash position to $1.8 million in March.
"With the recent additions to our board and growth in net cash position, the company is well positioned to fund and pursue its next phase of growth," said Resonance Health CEO Andrew Harrison.
The business also established a forward order and tendered project pipeline exceeding $12 million across its divisions.
Following the announcement, the Resonance Health share price was $0.052.
The company completed patient recruitment for a major $13.8 million pharmaceutical trial expected to deliver ongoing cash inflows into FY27.
Data analysis is currently underway for an extended proof-of-concept trial evaluating a new magnetic resonance imaging liver fibrosis device.
