
ReNerve secures approval for nerve cuff in india
- NervAlign Nerve Cuff received registration approval from India's Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation.
- Following the update, the ReNerve share price was unchanged at $0.74.
- The approval drives the company's strategy to expand into the Indian nerve repair market valued at approximately US$700 million.
ReNerve (ASX:RNV) secured marketing approval from India’s Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation for its NervAlign Nerve Cuff.
This regulatory decision marks the first product approval for the business within the Indian market.
"Securing marketing approval in India is a milestone for ReNerve," said ReNerve CEO Dr Julian Chick.
The clearance clears the way for commercial supply across India in partnership with NetCentrix Ventures.
Following the announcement, the ReNerve share price was unchanged at $0.74.
The company entered its agreement with NetCentrix Ventures in April 2025 to pursue regulatory approval and commercialisation.
NetCentrix provides local regulatory expertise and established distribution channels within the Indian healthcare market.
