ReNerve secures $5M funding facility
- ReNerve has executed a convertible note funding agreement with RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC for up to $5 million.
- The company will receive an initial gross drawdown of $1.6 million, while its share price remained unchanged.
- The capital will support ongoing commercialisation, product portfolio expansion, and sales distribution activities in the United States.
ReNerve (ASX:RNV) has secured a convertible note funding facility of up to $5 million to support its commercialisation strategy.
This three-year arrangement follows an $517,000 research and development tax incentive refund received by the business in February.
“This funding facility provides ReNerve with important financial flexibility as we continue to advance our commercial and strategic objectives,” said ReNerve CEO Dr Julian Chick.
The initial $1.4 million in net cash proceeds after fees and discounts.
Following the announcement, the ReNerve share price was unchanged at $0.081.
The business stated that the funding will also drive marketing expansion and clinical development initiatives within international markets.
The transaction follows the recent securement of regulatory marketing approval for the company's nerve repair products in Indonesia.
