Regis Healthcare CFO announces retirement
- The CFO of Regis Healthcare has decided to retire from his position after more than four decades in corporate leadership.
- The corporate announcement coincided with a 2.53% decline in the aged care operator's stock price during intraday trading.
- The upcoming executive transition follows a series of leadership changes designed to support the business through its next phase of growth.
Regis Healthcare (ASX:REG) announced that CFO Rick Rostolis will retire from his position effective Aug. 31 after a corporate career spanning more than four decades.
The executive transition follows the resignation of former Managing Director and CEO Dr Linda Mellors in December 2025.
"After careful consideration, I have decided that the time is right to retire from ASX-listed CFO roles and enjoy greater flexibility after a rewarding career," said Regis Healthcare CFO Rick Rostolis.
The company stated that it has commenced an executive search process to find a successor for Rostolis prior to his departure date.
Following the announcement, the Regis Healthcare share price was down at $6.16.
The business previously reported an 18% increase in revenue to $668 million for the half-year ended Dec. 31, 2025, which was driven by acquisitions and government funding reforms.
Regis Healthcare also announced the appointment of Andrew Kinkade as its new Managing Director and CEO in April to manage its long-term strategy.
