Regener8 Resources (ASX:R8R) secured a milestone in its expansion strategy, with shareholders voting overwhelmingly in favour of the 100% acquisition of Orichalcum d.o.o. during an extraordinary general meeting.

The pivotal approval grants the company full control over the Srebrenica North Project, a high-potential polymetallic site in Bosnia and Herzegovina rich in silver, copper, antimony, zinc, and lead.

Following the vote, the Perth-based explorer is now set to execute the binding Sale and Purchase Agreement, with completion of the transaction expected within the coming weeks.

Managing Director Stephen Foley emphasised that the shareholder mandate reflects the clear strategic value of establishing a foothold in one of Europe’s most active polymetallic districts.

With the formal acquisition process nearing its end, Regener8 is wasting no time in shifting its focus towards operational activity.

The company has confirmed it is currently finalising preparations to mobilise its maiden exploration programme at Srebrenica North at the earliest opportunity.

The move follows a series of successful capital initiatives, including a recent placement aimed at advancing the project’s development.
