Regener8 Resources starts Srebrenica North soil sampling

Regener8 Resources (ASX:R8R) commenced its maiden soil sampling programme at the newly acquired Srebrenica North Project.
The milestone represents the first systematic exploration conducted across the highly prospective licence area in more than 50 years, following the company's recent acquisition of local entity Orichalcum d.o.o.
The initial phase of exploration focuses on the Zanik and Chaush prospects, located within the strategic Dolovi Tenement.
The area boasts historical promise, with previous records highlighting mapped mineralised veins and high-grade polymetallic results reaching up to 412g/t silver (Ag), 21.6% lead (Pb), 7.3% zinc (Zn), and 0.6% antimony (Sb).
The tenement shares immediate borders with Mineco’s actively operating Sase lead-zinc-silver mine and sits adjacent to Terra Balcanica’s Viogor-Zanik project.
To ensure seamless operations, the company has established a dedicated in-country management team to oversee the project on the ground.
Regener8 Managing Director, Stephen Foley, expressed strong optimism regarding the project's historical context, noting that the prioritised Zanik and Chaush prospects even host evidence of mediaeval mining.
According to Foley, the rapid mobilisation of this exploration work is a key step in identifying and generating high-priority targets for subsequent drill testing.
