Red Hill Minerals begins drilling at Anabama Project
- Red Hill Minerals has launched a new 1,200-metre diamond drilling campaign at the Anabama Copper-Gold Project in South Australia.
- The company expanded its prospective exploration footprint along the shear zone to a total strike length of over 25km.
- The campaign is designed to test deep geophysical anomalies to trace high-grade copper, gold and silver mineralisation discovered in late 2025.
Red Hill Minerals (ASX:RHI) has commenced a 1,200-metre diamond drilling campaign at its recently expanded Anabama copper-gold project in South Australia.
The new exploration programme builds on a two-hole, 945.5-metre campaign completed in December 2025 that successfully confirmed bedrock copper-gold mineralisation at depth.
The company stated that the first hole will target a strong off-hole conductor down to 700m, while the second hole will test an induced polarisation anomaly to a depth of 500m.
Field operations are expected to conclude by late August, with both holes set to undergo further downhole electromagnetic surveying to identify additional targets.
Following the announcement, the Red Hill Minerals share price was unchanged at $7.10.
The campaign follows the acquisition of the adjacent Cronje Dam tenement, an expansion that increased the total strike length of the prospective Anabama-Redan shear zone to over 25km.
