  • RBR Group subsidiary Projectos Dinamicos Lda was awarded a US$2 million contract for worker accommodation modules at Mozambique's Rovuma LNG Project.
  • The initial contract represents part of a joint US$7 million award following the lifting of force majeure in 2025.
  • The deal positions the business to target additional opportunities within a US$100 million tender pipeline.

RBR Group (ASX:RBR) announced that its subsidiary, Projectos Dinamicos Lda, has been awarded an initial contract valued at approximately US$2 million to manufacture and deliver 32 accommodation modules and ancillary facilities for at least 100 workers at Exxon's Rovuma LNG Project in Mozambique.

The contract marks the company's first award at the site since the lifting of force majeure in 2025, serving as stage 1 of a broader project intended to support approximately 700 personnel.

“The award of this first contract, albeit modest in value, represents a major step forward by PD in its pursuit of more significant contracts aligned to the early-stage construction works at the Rovuma LNG development located on the Afungi Peninsula, Palma, Northern Mozambique,” said RBR Group Director Athol Emerton.

Under the terms of the agreement, work is scheduled to begin in early November 2026, with final delivery set for late January 2027 as part of a joint US$7 million contract awarded to a South African-based supplier.

Following the announcement, the RBR Group share price was unchanged at $0.018.

The company stated that its associated group entity, Futuro Skills, along with Projectos Dinamicos Lda, is currently participating in active tender applications totalling roughly US$100 million in combined value.

The contract award reflects the resumption of commercial infrastructure development across the Afungi Peninsula after project activities were halted under Force Majeure provisions.
