
Ramelius Resources forecasts gold production up to 610Koz
- Ramelius Resources updated its medium-term production outlook to target between 560 and 610 kilo-ounces of annual gold by FY30.
- The updated growth plan targets an 11% increase over prior plans and up to 205% production growth compared to FY26.
- Operations will be funded internally and supported by cash, gold, and investment holdings currently exceeding $1 billion.
Ramelius Resources (ASX:RMS) updated its medium-term production outlook, forecasting annual gold output to reach between 560 and 610 kilo-ounces by FY30 at an all-in sustaining cost of $2,100 to $2,400 per ounce.
The revised production goal represents an 11% increase over the October 2025 plan and up to a 205% increase compared to FY26 production.
Managing Director Mark Zeptne said, “We expect to maintain our sector-leading AISC position, despite the cost pressures being felt by all gold miners, while delivering a 205% increase in production by FY30.”
The updated plan extends through FY30, featuring near-term FY27 guidance set at 205 to 225 kilo-ounces at an all-in sustaining cost of $2,150 to $2. per ounce.
Total growth capital expenditure for FY27 will reach $480 to $570 million, while Mt Magnet plant expenditure increased to $280 million due to inflation and infrastructure upgrades to support mill capacity beyond 4.3 million tonnes per annum.
Following the announcement, the Ramelius Resources share price was up at $3.58.
The company stated that its growth plans are fully funded and expected to generate up to $1.5 billion in free cash flow in FY30 at a gold price of $5,500 per ounce.
The company currently holds cash, gold, and liquid investment assets exceeding $1 billion.
