Rahm Emanuel Says Bessent's Rhetoric Overshoots His Actions

Rahm Emanuel, who served as Ambassador to Japan under President Obama, said that Scott Bessent's rhetoric around the economy and the US backing of the Japanese Yen is 'harder than his action' and 'overshoots' his capacity to deliver. Emanuel also discussed the midterm elections and said that the American people will see through Trump's $5,000 dividend 'gimmick.'
