  • The transaction transitions the logistics operator to private ownership under a Macquarie Asset Management-led consortium.

Qube (ASX:QUB) will delist from the Australian Securities Exchange on July 8 following final court approval for an $11.7 billion takeover.

This decision follows a scheme implementation agreement established with the acquiring consortium in February.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission cleared the transaction in June after finding no antitrust breaches.

The consortium includes MAIF 4 Rubik, UniSuper, and Pontegadea, with final implementation scheduled for Aug. 14.

Following the announcement, the Qube share price was unchanged at $5.12.

Current shareholders will receive a total cash consideration of $5.20 per security under the finalised scheme.

The company board also declared a fully franked special dividend of 34 cents per share ahead of delisting.
