Pursuit Minerals (ASX:PUR) commenced fieldwork at the Sascha Marcelina Gold-Silver Project in Argentina’s Santa Cruz Province, marking a pivotal advancement in the company’s exploration strategy.

Early geological mapping and induced polarisation geophysics are currently underway across high-priority targets, providing robust confirmation of a significant mineralised system.

Preliminary observations have identified multiple vein corridors and strong structural controls within the Jurassic Chon Aike volcanic sequence, further validating the project’s prospectivity.

The technical team has defined extensive quartz-chalcedony veining and silicified breccias, features highly consistent with a large, well-preserved hydrothermal system.

Current efforts are focused on the Sascha Main and Valdivia Brechón zones, where mapping is roughly 55% complete.

The activities are designed to establish a comprehensive geological framework to refine drill targets at depth and beneath cover.

Pursuit’s Managing Director and CEO, Aaron Revelle, expressed strong confidence in the project’s trajectory, noting that the observed textures and alteration patterns reinforce the potential for a productive system.

The ongoing IP survey is critical for defining the scale and continuity of the mineralisation, serving as a precursor to a maiden drilling programme scheduled for the near term.

At the time of reporting, Pursuit Minerals’ share price was $0.0086.
