Prophecy International appoints new CEO

Share

Prophecy International (ASX:PRO) announced the strategic appointment of Jonathan Drake as its incoming CEO, effective from July 6.

The key corporate decision follows a comprehensive and highly disciplined executive search process undertaken by the board of directors to guide the global enterprise software and SaaS provider through its next critical phase of operational expansion and sustainable shareholder value creation.

Drake joins the company from Complexica, an award-winning developer of artificial intelligence-driven optimisation software for enterprise customers, where he established an impressive track record as co-CEO and company secretary, following an earlier tenure as the organisation's CFO.

With more than 18 years of specialised B2B software management experience, his core expertise spans corporate strategy, capital management, strategic mergers and acquisitions, strict governance, and commercial financial performance.

This impending leadership transition will resolve a temporary management structure initiated in September 2025, when the former CEO, Brad Thomas, stepped down from the role.

Since that time, Prophecy’s current chairman, Ed Reynolds, has actively served as the interim CEO to ensure operational continuity and organisational stability.

Upon Drake's formal commencement this July, Reynolds will transition fully back to his dedicated role as chairman of the board.

At the time of reporting, Prophecy International’s share price was $0.10.
