Powell: GCC Has Opportunity to Deepen Capital Markets

The direction of capital flows in the Middle East is changing with the US-Iran war making the shift more visible. For decades, the Gulf's relationship with Wall Street was largely defined by capital flowing out and being deployed everywhere. This continues but now the Gulf is also becoming an increasingly important target for global investment.
