
Pilbara Gold begins 12,000-metre drilling program

Pilbara Gold (ASX:PGL) commenced a 12,000-metre drilling programme at its Roe Hills Project to explore an 1.8-kilometre corridor.
The exploration campaign breaks an eight-year hiatus in drilling at the Terra and Caliburn prospects.
"We anticipate completing the 12,000m drilling across Roe Hills this quarter," said Pilbara Gold Managing Director Dr Peter Turner.
The company stated it holds a cash balance of $30.5 million as of March 31 to fund the campaign.
Following the announcement, the Pilbara Gold share price was up at $0.52.
The Roe Hills project is located near active mining developments operated by Ramelius Resources (ASX:RMS).
Pilbara Gold also owns the Mount York Gold Project located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
