The company stated that completion of the sale agreement is subject to the satisfaction of conditions precedent and relevant completion steps.
Management outlined that completion of the transaction is targeted to occur before the end of 2026.
The strategic sale forms part of a broader corporate realignment designed to sharpen focus on primary digital conveyancing platforms.
