PEXA appoints REA executive Graham Curtin as group CFO

PEXA Group (ASX:PXA) appointed Graham Curtin as its new group CFO, effective Sept. 1.

Based in Melbourne, Curtin steps into the role with over 20 years of international leadership experience spanning Australia, Asia, and Europe.

He joins PEXA from REA Group (ASX:REA), where he has served as deputy CFO since 2018, overseeing key portfolios in strategic transformation, capital allocation, and corporate development.

Curtin’s extensive background also includes a senior management role within KPMG Melbourne’s Audit, Risk and Assurance division, following the commencement of his career at Crowe Horwath in Dublin.

PEXA CEO and Group Managing Director Russell Cohen expressed strong confidence in the appointment, citing Curtin’s deep understanding of digital property markets and listed-company expertise as vital assets for executing the group's long-term growth strategy.

Curtin shared this enthusiasm, highlighting PEXA’s market-leading innovation and strategic vision.

To ensure a seamless leadership handover, interim CFO Liz Warrell will remain with the company through the delivery of the FY26 financial results.
