Peak Processing (ASX:PKP) has announced an expansion of its manufacturing agreement with St. Peter's Beverages, covering the Green Monké and Cookies cannabis beverage portfolios in Canada.

Under the updated arrangement, Peak will transition all remaining Cookies SKUs and the full Green Monké range to its manufacturing platform, increasing its total production from 4 to 14 SKUs—a 250% rise in manufacturing quota.

The expansion is expected to support incremental annual production of approximately 500,000 to 700,000 units, all utilising Peak's patent-pending Envision Emulsions technology.

The agreement reinforces Peak’s operational scale and efficiency, provides additional revenue opportunities from logistics, storage, testing, and per-unit manufacturing, and strengthens its exposure to the US market through established brands with existing distribution networks.

CEO Barry Katzman said the expansion represents a meaningful operational milestone and underscores Peak's focus on building a scalable North American manufacturing platform.

The multiyear contract, effective from Jan. 1 to Jan. 1, 2028, grants Peak exclusive Canadian manufacturing rights for the covered products while brand owners retain full control of intellectual property and formulations.

At the time of reporting, Peak Processing's share price was $0.018.
