
Parbo Resources raises $5M in initial listing

Parbo Resources (ASX:PRB) commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange on Sept. 22 following a fully underwritten $5 million initial public offering.
The float priced shares at $0.20 each and debut trading established an initial enterprise value of approximately $5.9 million for the Western Australian mineral explorer.
The company secured cornerstone support from producer New Murchison Gold (ASX:NMG), which took a 17.5% equity interest alongside the public capital raise.
The new capital backs a 1,226-square-kilometre land holding in the Murchison and Bryah Basin regions, with four high-priority drill targets identified across the Mount Padbury and Bryah Basin projects.
Following the announcement, the Parbo Resources share price was unchanged at $0.20.
The explorer has already dispatched a drill rig to begin inaugural field testing at the Brians Mill prospect within its Bryah Basin tenure.
