Ovanti enters prediction market sector via Yuno.trade
Ovanti (ASX:OVT) entered the rapidly growing prediction market sector, securing an exclusive partnership and licensing agreement with emerging platform Yuno.trade.
The alliance positions Yuno.trade—founded by former Binance executives and prominent traders from competitor Polymarket—to challenge industry giants Polymarket and Kalashi.
Under the terms of the exclusive agreement, Ovanti will serve as Yuno.trade's sole global payment processor for all transactions across key markets.
Utilising its wholly owned operating businesses, iSentric and Datamorph, Ovanti will act as the platform's embedded technology infrastructure partner.
The integration will see the company support critical operating networks, spanning transaction orchestration, funds-flow infrastructure, settlement, ledgering, risk management, and fraud monitoring.
The partnership is set to drive the launch of a licensed prediction market platform specifically targeting underserved, high-growth regions in Southeast Asia and Central Asia.
Yuno.trade will gain direct access to Ovanti’s Labuan digital commercial banking licence and infrastructure.
By leveraging Ovanti’s established regional banking relationships, which service top-tier institutional clients such as Standard Chartered Bank, the joint venture aims to deliver a highly regulated, bank-integrated platform.
The infrastructure will provide institutional-grade payments and robust operational automation to regions currently lacking comprehensive coverage from incumbent global platforms.
