Osmond Resources advances Orión Project drilling, scoping study

Share

Osmond Resources (ASX:OSM) announced strides in the development of its flagship Orión EU Critical Minerals Project.

The company confirmed that its highly anticipated scoping study remains firmly on track for completion and public release in the third quarter of 2026.

A milestone has already been reached, with the plant design and anticipated product mix for the operation now substantially finalised.

Osmond has mobilised a drilling programme to unlock further value from the site. Exploration teams have commenced drilling at the SOR-07 and SOR-08 hole locations.

The drill holes are specifically engineered to target potential extensions of the known high-grade mineralisation zone, which spans an approximate 10-square-kilometre area within the Zone 1 Resource Target Area.

Management expects the data and core samples retrieved from this fresh drilling campaign to yield valuable geological insights.

The results will be integrated directly into an updated mineral resource estimate designed to underpin and strengthen the final scoping study.
