Olympio Metals (ASX:OLY) announced results from its maiden diamond drilling program at the Bousquet Gold Project in Quebec, Canada, returning over 100 significant gold intercepts across three main prospects: Paquin, Amadee, and Decoeur.
Standout results include 1.50m @ 54.20 g/t Au from 235.5m at Paquin, 14.50m @ 1.96 g/t Au from 355.5m at Decoeur, and 1.30m @ 12.20 g/t Au from 218.2m at the CB-1 target.
The program has delineated multiple east-west trending structures, with Paquin and Amadee showing high-grade gold over a 1.3km strike length, open along strike and down dip, while Decoeur demonstrates continuity over 1.7km and to 290m vertical depth.
Preliminary results suggest the Bousquet South area hosts a large gold system with at least seven mineralised lodes, including high-grade shoots within the Main Lode.
