
OD6 Metals closes Quinn Fluorspar Project acquisition

OD6 Metals (ASX:OD6) has completed the $200,000 acquisition of the high-grade Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada.
The transaction follows four months of due diligence that expanded the project area to 226 claims across 1,890 hectares.
"The company is now transitioning from acquisition to systematic resource definition and project development," said OD6 Metals Managing Director Brett Hazelden.
Total consideration comprised $100,000 in company shares issued to secure full project ownership.
Following the announcement, the OD6 Metals share price was unchanged at $0.12.
Fluorspar is a designated critical mineral in the United States, which currently relies entirely on foreign imports.
OD6 stated that the property contains over 20 mineral occurrences to support a future hub-and-spoke development strategy.
