NRW Holdings (ASX:NWH) announced that its subsidiary Golding Contractors secured contracts worth approximately $130 million from Stockland Development for civil works at the Yarrabilba and Shoreline master-planned communities in Southeast Queensland.
The combined project value supports ongoing residential infrastructure development in the region, with Shoreline scheduled for completion in July 2027 and Yarrabilba expected to finish by March 2028.
"These awards further strengthen Golding’s long-standing relationship with Stockland. Since we commenced working in Yarrabilba in October 2017, we have delivered more than 3,200 residential and commercial lots, providing necessary support to the Queensland housing market," said NRW Holdings CEO Jules Pemberton.
At Shoreline, the scope includes three major work packages, such as upgrading Serpentine Creek Road alongside subdivision works for precincts DA7 and DA8, which are intended to house more than 10,000 residents across roughly 3,000 dwellings.
The company stated that the Yarrabilba project involves subdivision and infrastructure construction for precincts 6 and 8, which are expected to accommodate over 45,000 residents in about 17,000 dwellings upon full completion.
These newly awarded contracts build upon a long-standing operational partnership between the two entities in Queensland.
Following the announcement, the NRW Holdings share price was up at $7.42.
