  • Novonix has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management systems.
  • The company’s dual-listed shares traded unchanged at $0.095 on the ASX following the announcement.
  • The benchmark certification supports ongoing commercial qualification with major battery cell manufacturers.

NOVONIX (ASX:NVX) has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification following an independent audit of its quality management system.

The milestone comes as the business expands commercial production of synthetic graphite active anode material at its Chattanooga facility.

"Achieving ISO 9001 certification provides independent certification of the quality infrastructure we have built and reinforces our ability to serve customers as a reliable domestic supplier of high-performance synthetic graphite AAM," said NOVONIX CEO Mike O’Kronley.

The certification provides a framework for quality controls without replacing customer-specific product qualification standards.

The company stated that the infrastructure reinforces its ability to serve tier-one battery manufacturers.

Following the announcement, the NOVONIX share price was unchanged at $0.095.

The business operates a dedicated battery materials division alongside advanced testing equipment operations.
