New South Wales-headquartered Noumi (ASX:NOU) announced its COO, Stuart Muir, resigned from the $33.3 million company.

The resignation is effective Nov. 12.  The leadership transition follows a period of corporate restructuring designed to stabilise operations across the business.

Noumi CEO Michael Perich said, “[Stuart Muir’s] focus and effort over that time have helped transform Noumi’s manufacturing sites, significantly improving our operational capabilities.”

Following the announcement, the Noumi share price was unchanged at $0.12.

The company stated that ongoing strategic adjustments are expected to position the business for international expansion.
