Nick Scali (ASX:NCK) has upgraded its sales and profit forecasts for the first half of FY26 after reporting stronger-than-expected trading in Australia and New Zealand.

First-half revenue is now expected to rise 10–12% year-on-year, exceeding the company’s previous guidance of 7–9%.

As a result, statutory net profit after tax for the group is forecast at $37–39 million, up from the earlier estimate of $33–35 million.

The furniture retailer, which operates under the Nick Scali and Plush brands, is one of Australia’s largest sellers of sofas and home furniture.

In 2025, it expanded its footprint internationally with the acquisition of British retailer Fabb Furniture.

At the time of reporting, Nick Scali's share price was $23.08.
