NEXTDC (ASX:NXT) has received state significant development approval from the New South Wales Department of Planning for its proposed S4 Sydney Data Centre at Horsley Park, New South Wales.

The approval, issued under reference SSD-63741210, clears a key regulatory milestone for the project.
