
Navigator Global to realise US$43M from Invictus partnership

Navigator Global Investments (ASX:NGI) announced an agreement to realise its interest in Invictus Capital Partners as New York Life Investment Management acquires a 60% ownership stake.
The firm initially acquired its equity stake in Invictus Capital Partners in 2022.
The business stated that it expects net upfront proceeds of US$40 million to US$43 million, a potential earn-out consideration of up to US$32 million in 2030, and profit distributions from FY27 through FY31.
The transaction represents a materially higher valuation for Invictus Capital Partners compared to the initial investment made by the company.
Following the announcement, the Navigator Global Investments share price was unchanged at $2.27.
The business is a diversified alternative asset manager operating partnerships across global investment markets.
The group maintains US$79 billion of firm-level assets under management.
