Native Mineral Resources (ASX:NMR) has completed its final gold smelt for 2025 at the Blackjack Gold Operations in northern Queensland, producing approximately 8.36 kg of gold doré (268.9 oz) on Dec. 22.

Since commencing production in July, NMR has poured a total of around 1,460.6 oz of gold from Blackjack, generating gross revenue of approximately $8.7 million, excluding the latest pour.

The company continues to transport Far Fanning stockpiles to the Blackjack ROM in line with environmental and operational requirements.

Targeted maintenance and operational improvements have enhanced plant reliability, while Tailings Storage Facility works are nearing completion, with remaining construction scheduled for early January 2026.

NMR plans to start drilling at the Podosky deposit within the Ravenswood Gold Project in January under a joint venture with Haoma Mining NL, following receipt of the Estimated Rehabilitation Cost approval.

In parallel, Blackjack will continue processing ore from its own deposits and Far Fanning, supporting the company’s strategy to establish Blackjack as a central processing hub.

The next gold pour at Blackjack is scheduled for Jan. 5, 2026.

Managing Director and CEO Blake Cannavo said the December smelt marked a strong end to 2025, highlighting operational improvements and the company's readiness to advance the Ravenswood JV alongside its Charters Towers operations.

At the time of reporting, Native Mineral Resources' share price was $0.064.
