Native Mineral Resources (ASX:NMR) has kicked off 2026 with a historic milestone, completing a record-breaking gold smelt at its Blackjack Gold Operations in northern Queensland.

On Jan. 28, the company produced six gold doré bars totaling 1,474.9 ounces, the largest single pour in the project's history to date.

This follow-up success comes on the heels of a Jan. 7 smelt of 178.7 ounces, which boasted a high refinery assay of 60.09% gold.

Total revenue from gold outturn has now surpassed $10 million, providing the company with a robust financial foundation as it scales operations.

Managing Director Blake Cannavo described the 1,475-ounce pour as a "strong statement of momentum" for the site.

To sustain this output, NMR has aggressively transitioned into its next phase of mining, initiating a comprehensive drill and blast program this week with full-scale mining at the Blackjack pit scheduled for next week.

The company has also bolstered its technical services team to refine mine planning and grade control, ensuring the mill remains consistently fed.

At the time of reporting, Native Mineral Resources’ share price was $0.058.
