MyEco Group (ASX:MCO) has reported record quarterly sales for its MyEcoBag products, reaching $1.7 million in Q2 FY26—up 68% on the previous quarter and 40% on the prior corresponding period.
Total Q2 FY26 sales were $4 million, marking a 7.5% increase quarter-on-quarter but a slight 1% decline compared with the prior corresponding period, reflecting timing differences in council deliveries.
For the first half of FY26, total sales reached $7.7 million, up 0.6% on the prior corresponding period.
The company remains the category leader in both Coles and Woolworths, with MyEcoBag Australian sales growing 50.2% quarter-on-quarter and 24.5% year-on-year.
Strong first-half growth of 20.5% was driven by expanding council and waste channel sales, supported by Food Organics Garden Organics rollouts.
MyEco Group is continuing to expand its sustainable MyEcoBag range in Australian retail and is ramping up sales and marketing efforts ahead of the NSW Government's July mandate requiring supermarkets, institutions, and hospitality businesses to separate organic waste, presenting a significant market opportunity for compostable bags.
The company also reported growth across its white label, resin, and film channels, with strategic initiatives underway to expand global distribution and further develop its product range.
