Murray Cod Australia (ASX:MCA) announced a significant leadership shake-up, with co-founder Ross Anderson set to step down as CEO and executive director, effective Feb. 20.

To maintain stability during the transition, the board has appointed Mat Ryan and Roger Commins to serve as interim joint CEOs while a formal search for a permanent successor is underway.

Chairman Brett Paton expressed gratitude for Anderson's foundational role in the company, noting that the search will prioritise candidates with deep expertise in food distribution to drive MCA's next phase of long-term sustainable growth.

At the time of reporting, Murray Cod Australia's share price was $0.61.
